Policy
Ordering an item from Business Horizons? We can ship to virtually any
address in the world. Shipping costs for orders from Business Horizons
depend upon the methods you choose. Please also note that the shipping
rates for all items we sell are weight-based. We do not charge any handling
or packing charges and only the net amount required for shipping is charged.
Customs/Import Duties
On International orders, customs and import duties may be applied once
the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility
of the recipient of the order and will vary from country to country. Contact
your local customs office for details.
Most orders received and found to be in order, are shipped within 24 hours.
However, Business Horizons and its shipping partners cannot influence
local delivery practices. The time it takes to get your order from your
local post office or customs department to your physical address can vary
widely from country to country. Delivery may be delayed by customs or
local postal authorities.
Business Horizons, insures items against damage or theft during transit
when shipped via courier anywhere in the world. We cannot insure postal
service shipments against damage or theft.
